*Our Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your product! Each item is hand painted personally for you. If you are unhappy with your order please return it to us within 5 days. Your credit will be for full price excluding shipping. If an item is damaged we will credit your shipping charges also. Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, we cannot accept returns for personalized items. We cannot be held responsible for something ordered in error. Check your order carefully!!

*Allow 2-4 weeks for completion of orders. If your item will take longer, we will contact you before starting any work.

*Shipping charges will be added to your order. Your shipping can be calculated by multiplying your order by 12%. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax to your order..

*When your order is completed with the artist, you will be given some choices on how to pay for your order. One of the most convenient ways for you to pay is with PayPal! To learn more about this please click here.

*You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped.

*All pieces are shipped UPS ground.

*Because each piece is a unique piece of art you can expect slight variations which add to the uniqueness of your piece.
